Welcome! I am a scientist interested in biology, ecological physiology, mammals and climate change. This site highlights my research projects, education, and outreach activities.
I am an Assistant Professor in Biology at Colorado Mesa University. Most recently, my research has focused on the effects of ambient temperature on the ability of mammalian herbivores to handle natural toxins in their diets. My other interests include hiking with my dog, mammal watching, rock climbing, playing ultimate frisbee, reading books on the beach, and enjoying good food & drinks with friends. |
